Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Business," "Customer," "you," or "your") and Auralix AI Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our voice automation services.

By accessing, using, or subscribing to our AI receptionist, chatbot, order automation, or website services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all home services businesses, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical contractors, and other service-based organizations that use our AI automation platform to enhance customer service, manage appointments, book jobs, and streamline operations.

Late Payment Policy

Late payments may result in service suspension after 15 days. We reserve the right to charge late fees of 2% per month and collection costs. Service will be restored upon payment of all outstanding amounts.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind our voice automation services. If you are not satisfied with Auralix AI within the first 30 days of service, you may request a full refund of your monthly subscription fee.

Guarantee Conditions

  • Eligibility: Available for new customers within the first 30 days of service activation
  • What's refundable: Monthly subscription fees paid during the guarantee period
  • What's not refundable: One-time setup fees, professional services, or usage-based charges (e.g., overage calls, SMS)
  • Request process: Contact us at info@auralixai.ca with your refund request. We will process refunds within 10 business days
  • Service usage: Refund eligibility is not affected by normal service usage during the guarantee period

This guarantee applies to monthly subscription plans only. Annual plans and custom enterprise agreements may have different refund terms as specified in your service agreement.
